The coach is the point
Most courses ask you to pick the right answer. This one reads yours.
You write or say what you’d actually do. A coach reads your real words, tells you how they’d land, and gives you one shot to sharpen them before you see how I’d do it.
And it remembers you.
Handle Arthur badly on Day 3 and he opens harder on Day 13. The standards you write on Day 4 come back when you review Priya on Day 28. One team, one month, your calls compounding.

Why this exists
The first time I had to tell someone their work wasn’t good enough, I rehearsed it for three days and still made a mess of it.
There was no manager’s manual, just a title and a team waiting for answers I didn’t have. So I wrote down the words that worked, and the ones that blew up so you don’t have to find out the hard way. That’s the thirty days, and I read every reply myself.
